Christian Marabella graduated from the University of San Diego where he received a degree in Business Economics. Mr. Marabella is an active member of the Mortgage Bankers Association and is involved in many of the events put on by the International Council of Shopping Centers. Mr. Marabella has written and been featured in many magazine articles discussing Sale-Leaseback Financing, Permanent Financing For Net Lease Properties, Net Lease Property Sales, and how the U.S. and World Economy has had an influence on the permanent financing market and sales market for Net Lease Properties. Some of the magazines he has been featured are; National Real Estate Investor, Shopping Center World Magazine, California Real Estate Journal, and The Deal Makers just to name a few.
